This Co. is a SCAM! Do not pay them any money. They call and misrepresent themselves as the IRS, Attornys and Law Enforcement in which they are not. They report old, out of stat accounts onto your credit report which is illegal. You can file a complaint with the FCRA. They also claim to be a member of the ACA but I spoke w the ACA and they said that it sounds like they are violating their member code of conduct and to file a report immediately. You can file the complaint athttp://www.acainternational.org/ Under the compliance section there is an ethics/code of conduct section you click on and that will route you to the page that has the link for the complaint. I would also suggest filing a complaint at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at 1-855-411-2372 and the FTC at (202) 326-2222. These people are a scam and need to be shut down. Do NOT, absolutely do NOT give them any information over the phone and dispute any bills you have w them in writing. If they can not validate the debt, you DO NOT owe it and they must remove the tradeline off your credit report. Also if you feel like they violate the FDCPA, they are liable for $1,000 per occurence. Call an attorney and file a lawsuit. It costs you nothing.
