Aaron Price, Hamilton Financial Partners John Ness, James Adams DUE DILIGENCE FEE Stealing Atlanta, GA Georgia

 I am writing this to warn any developer or representatives of developers or anyone seeking commercial real estate financing. Aaron Price has been grossly misrepresenting and fraudulently presenting his company as an organization that has deep, entrenched relationships with numerous Life Insurance carriers with the capability of financing real estate development projects. In addition, his organization purports the ability to fund bridge loans for international real estate projects.

Nothing could be further from the truth in both regards! After thorough investigation, it has been discovered that these Life Insurance carriers would not even entertain the idea of financing the size of deals that Aaron and his band purport to be able to finance. Every Life Insurance carrier in the US has minimum size requirements for financing construction loans which are way beyond the realm of the size of deals Hamilton Financial was purporting to be able to fund.

In some cases, the EXACT named insurance carrier, that Aaron Price personally claimed would finance a particular project for one of my clients, did not even do construction finance of any kind at the very time Price claimed to have a commitment from the company! I spoke personally to a high ranking executive at the firm to confirm this to be true.

The bottom line is Hamilton Financial, Aaron Price, and his "cohorts" John Ness and James Adams have been charging UP-FRONT Due Diligence Fees to clients and of course not being able to deliver on funding of any kind!

I was personally scammed by Aaron Price when I paid a due diligence fee for a client that did not have the funds! Aaron Price assured me that my money was "covered" in the event something were to go wrong and the deal never went to escrow. He admitted to me on the phone that none of the funds were ever spent on due diligence and that he used the funds to cover his overhead in his move to his new house. In addition, he claimed multiple times that he had wired some of the money back to me! Of course, I never received one cent back from the $4500 I put up. A TOTAL SCAM to say the least!!! The worst part of this experience is all of the clients of mine who were SCAMMED out of their due diligence fees as well!
