I have been a member of this organization for well over 5 years now. I have been requesting an audit because when I first joined the org we had over $5,000 in our treasury & we have yet to spend hardly any money from that treasury, however we have zilch amount of money in such treasury. The officers keep changing roles, and each new officer states he has no clue what happened to the money as he can't find the old checkbooks, nor will the bank give him a record of any transactions. I find this odd because our org gives nothing to charity, spends no money on the members, because no one wants to get involved. I'd like to know how much they have been paying in taxes & what happened to all of the money for the past 5 years now. I think I went to one meeting recently & when I asked the question, the recent treasurer stated he is unaware of the amount of funds that were in the treasury when he took the position over a year or two years ago. I'd like to know where my donations have gone to, as well as such a large amount of money as well. If they can't give me an answer, I'd like IRS to audit this organization.

Let it be known that RW was the female that advised me of this complaint to begin with. She is a long time very dear friend, and is NOT one of the two females that I have issues with. There is another person with the same initials of RW who is the party to whom I am referring. My friend RW has horses and lives in a beautiful home. The other RW is literally trailer trash and living in Rancho Cordova, not Pennsylvania!!!

Big Mike here. I was just advised that I supposedly wrote a complaint against ABATE of California. This is not the case. I am a life member of ABATE, as well as a past officer. From what I now understand, this whole situation was started by past officer female #1 and female #2. These two women have their own issues with ABATE of California, and should NOT have brought me into this. This just goes to show you the lack of credibility these two have with their peers. I have nothing good to say about these two, and will NEVER support or back them.
ABATE of California has always played above board, and their financial interests have always been protected by professional accounting support.

The accusation against Local # 25 of ABATE of Ca. is another act of vindictiveness by a disgruntled ex-officer after being requested to step down due to dishonesty & abrasive, antagonistic behavior to others. She is no longer involved in any capacity with this Local. This is not her first attempt to discredit Abate, & unfortunately, probably not the last.
Regrettably the mentioned report is a permanent action & leaves a taint on ABATE Local # 25 regardless of the lack of any truth to it. Big Mike has not been involved with this local for many years..I believe he is also an innocent party
in this accusation.
Please disregard her totally false, vindictive complaint.
