On 12-11-09 my wife & I were in Findlay to look for and purchase a new TV. We went to ABC Warehouse on tiffan ave. We found what we wanted and told the salesman which one we wanted, the salesman left our side and came back with a digital vidio cable and told us we would need this for the tv. he said the cable was on sale and that the tv would cost an additional $24 with the cable. We got home and had a Time Warner tech come and hook everthing up. He said we would not need the cable from ABC and we could take it back and return it.We tried this on 1-16-10. We were told we couldn't get a refund because the TV & CABLE were ran through the register as one item. It is hard to believe we just spent $1500 in that store and was treated this way. THATS BULL Needless to say we won't be buying anything from there anymore. THE BAD PART IS WE DIDN'T ASK FOR THE CABLE THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED IT.
