 this gym continue to charge my card after 4 months of trying to get montly fee's from me, at this time i am having financial difficulties, i went to the gym over 5 months ago, and ask to cancel because i was told on the phone that i had to go to the gym personally, they gave me a piece of paper and told me to fill it out and mail it back in and some one will contact me with in 30days, i said no why cant you do it here i was told to come here and cancel, that was there procedure i filled it out over 4 months ago, and no on never called, did not relize they were still trying to take money out until 05/01/14, 89.98 was debited from my card, i called the company demanding a refund because i canceled my account, no what they said no i did not they never received my paper request to cancel and i owe that from february, that was my rent money, and she explained that on every mon-and wednesday, and friday, they attempted to take money from my account, for four months, i thought that was illegal after trying to get money from someone accoutnt by 2 times you should no longer try, if i wrote a check to the gas company and it bounced they do not attempt to redeposit it i have to call to ask can you redeposit the check, so i dont see how a merchant can try your account everyday of the week until they get what is owed to them i will be contacting the BBB on my behalf!
