Saw website for diversified processing. Called number. Spoke with a Brent Breckeridge about company helping me to obtain a modification on my mortgage. Was told.if course no problem.Filed out package they sent. Was told it was 700. This was in Aug. 2012. The next person I dealt with was a Mr. McWillams, same thing promised a modification . Claimed they were in touch with Citi everyday, but I didnt have any results. Then I was out with Mr. Wayman. He told the same lie. This went on back and forth with me calling them and they only contacting me for their payment. I ess calling them 2 to 3 times a week and I got no where. After the initial )00 they wanted an additional 199 each month until they got me a modification, I refused to pay it so they closed my account and I haven't heard from them since. This was December. So 4 months they did nothing to help me but take my money. I did try till.reach them one more time to ask a question but none of the numbers work
