I order Acaipure 11/24/2008 the free offer just pay shipping $4.95 when I didn't recieve it within the 10 day but they had already charged my account. So I called and cancelled the order 12/09/2008 they told me I would have to call and cancell Fit-Factor , so I did no problem there, so I thought that was it.

Today I look on my Visa bill on-line and there are 2 more charges one posted 01/08/2009 for $39.95 and one on 01/23/2009 for $44.90, So I call the phone on the statement and after waiting about 30 min. When someone finally picked up It was so loud in the back ground I couldn't hear myself (phone room must be in a closet) When I told him I had cancelled in Dec. He said oh I see that, but It hasn't gone though yet. He said I would have to sent it back to Fl. and get then call them back when they receive it and them they would credit me. When I said send what back? all I have are the charges on my credit card, this is your error you take it off my card.

I then called the bank and changed my account number and filed a Dispute with Visa, when doing so they informed me that they have had a lot of calls and are investigating this company the one in Fl. is the same as the one in Az. I sure hope someone can't close them down soon before more people get ripped off.
