28 days ago, I was rear ended The San Antonio Police found the other driver to be at fault His insurance company ACCC Claims Service, has dragged their feet in accepting liability They have made up every conceivable excuse to hold paying this claim off I have filed complaints with the BBB, The Texas Department of Insurance, Rip-off Report and Complaints.com As well as posting complaints on the Social Networks. All of this to NO AVAIL! 28 day have come and gone, my car is still not repaired. My car is not driveable. I dont know what more i can do.
