Iwinfm.com and Access One consumer beware! truly a RIP OFF!

On 11/21/01, I phoned: 1-877-719-7048 ( I win FM) to claim my price or either a free 4 day vacation or a free Computer without monitor, which was no big deal. Only one little catch, needed to set a time to listen to a one hour presentation, which ended up being an hour and half about Access One.

A travel club which is suppose to be less costly then time sharing. The cost for one person was $4995.00, oh but the good part is you can get the family rate for the same price, just pay this evening!!!! The sales reps where unable to answer basic questions:

1) The type of business license? Corp? LLC? Partnership? Etc, etc. Response: Not sure, they thought travel.

2) Names of business references? Didn't know this either

3) Names if any of private investers? And weather they had stocks or where listed. The answer was NO>

4) Ask if member of BBB. Stated they were with Southern Co BBB, Yet I could not find them listed.

5) Ask for company statis rating with airlines, cruise companies and property managers. Had no clue what this was.

6) Insurance and liablity? Knew of none.

After all of this. NO computer! As promised at least not FREE!!! Instead I was to contact: Cheetah Technologies, Inc out of Vegas and send them $149 for shipping and handling. The flier looked like a child typed it.

Needless to say: If I won't buy into their travel club? timeshare? they'll get me through the computer con. Either way, whoever falls for this is surely out money.

The owners I was told are: Mike Knolls and Tracy Garin
The address I was given: 512 Main, Pueblo, Co with offices in Las Vegas and Houston. Strange how the computer company is in Vegas and their travel company is in Houston which is on the fliers.

Stay away from these folks for their good, but not good enough for this consumer, so beware!!!! and don't fall for this company for it is truly a RIP OFF!!!!
