I MADE A ATM TRANSACTION ON 4-03-2013 USING WALMART ATM IN NORTH PORT FLORIDA; I TRIED TO WITHDRAW $200.00; THE WALMART ATM GAVE ME A RECIEPT WITH ERROR AND FAILURE AND SHUT DOWN AND NO MONEY. I WENT ONLINE AT ACCOUNTNOW.COM AND  I LOOKED TO SEE IF I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS TRANSACTION AND I WAS; $201.50; I CALLED ACCOUNTNOW AND SPOKE TO A AGENT WHICH ASKED ME FOR THE TIME OF THE TRANSACTION WHICH WAS APPROX 8:34AM AND THE AGENT INVESTIGATED IT AND TOLD ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WOULDN'T BE CHARGED AND THAT IT STATED ON MY ACCOUNT INCOMPLETE TRANSACTION- I WAS RELIEVED- BUT APPROX 08-(4/11/2013) DAYS LATER I TRY TO USE MY CARD AT THE GROCERY STORE AND MY CARD WOULDN'T GO THRU; WELL I KNEW THAT I HAD $17 AND CHANGE LEFT ON THE CARD; SO I WENT ONLINE AGAIN@ ACCOUNTNOW.COM ; I PUT IN MY PERSONAL INFO, MY ACCOUNT COMES UP FROZEN ON THE SITE OF THE DESPUITE PAGE WHERE YOU FILE A CLAIM OR DESUITE. [continued below]....
..... SO I CALL THE 1-866-925-2036 AND I SPOKE TO A AGENT NAMED MARY; I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THERE SHOLUDN'T BE AN HOLD ON MY CARD; SINCE THE ISSUE WAS CLEARED UP AND SHE PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH RAY AGENT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE JUST STATED TO ME THAT THEY WERE INVESTIGATING IT; I ASKED HOW LONG AND THAT I NEEDED TO USE MY CARD AND THAT MY SOCIAL SERCUITY BENEFITS GOES ON THIS CARD EACH MONTH; I TOLD RAY THAT I HAD THE RECIEPT OF THE TRANSACTION TO VERIFY THIS FROM THE ATM MACHINE  FROM WALMART WHICH CLEARLY STATES ON IT FAILURE-ERROR AND I ASKED HIM WHY IS MY MONEY BEING HELD UP? THE NEXT THING I HEARD WAS SILENCE-HE HAD HUNG UP. I WANT MY MONEY AND MY ACCOUNT UNFROZEN TO BE AT USE FOR ME; I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT WHEN IT HAS BEEN VERIFIED THAT THE ATM AT WALMART WAS AT FAULT AND NOT ME AND THAT STILL DOESN'T GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO HOLD MY MONEY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS IF YOU CAN RIPOFFREPORT.COM.

 I WAS EMAILED THAT THEY THEY AT ACCOUNT NOW WOULD SEND MY SOCIAL SERCUITY BENEFITS BACK TO SOCIAL SERCUITY; THAT'S OVER $5,000 DOLLARS; WE WILL SEE. AND I WILL LET RIPOFFREPORT KNOW WHAT'S UP.

Well you haven't emailed me as of yet and you keep responding saying your so sorry to hear that i'm having problems and that your here to help me; well i've already contacted your company and i've already spoken to your reps; now all you have to do is release the hold that you put on my account and my $17 and change .
