Accuscore Would not refund me Internet

I signed up for a subsrciption with this company over a year ago. The way it works is i paid for a years subscription at a time. Well, I havent used the service in almost a year. All of a sudden a year later i get a charge from paypal charging for another years subsription. According to them i signed up for auto renew. Well i certainly dont recall that and the second i saw the charge come through on my card i immediatley tried to cancel the charge because i have no intention of using the service. Furthermore, i since the renewed charge happened the same day i hadnt used any of there services. So i asked them to refund me my money since i had no intention of using the service. They refused. What kind of company just charges someone even though you didnt use there serivce and told them you had no intention of using there service??
