John Aceves is a slickster. He showed me a place in OC and said that it would be cleaned, painted and carpets cleaned prior to my move-in. On the date of the walk through he suddenly had another appt. and just gave me the keys. I ended up paying all the move-in costs prior to the walk through. When I got to the townhome it was in the exact same condition it was in 6 weeks prior. Nothing had been done. He even gave me a gate opener with no back on it that didn't work. I had problems getting parking pertmits.etc. They are very slow with repairs. I believe almost everything in my rental is the original. He has a sister Gloria Aceves that works in the office. She is nasty and Vile. He hires weird guys to do cheaply patch up things. Dont rent from this guy until you've done a walk through prior to your move in. Dont give him any money...
