I ordered two wigs in Aug 2007 and paid through Paypal, I received one wig and the other was discontinued. My money was not refunded for the one unshipped. When I sent an email to the company I received a reply from Debbie that my money would be refunded immediately. This is now Nov 2007 and after many, many attempts to contact them I do not have a refund.

After trying unsuccessfully to get Ace Wigs to refund the 91.00 for the wig not shipped. I was given the following information from Paypal on Oct 17, 2007.
Contact number of 530-647-9444 to Ace wigs and I was requested to call and try to get Ace to refund my money. I called them on 10/17/2007 and spoke with Kim (a man) he looked in to the order number and agreed that Ace wigs should refund my money in the amount of 91.00 for the wig not shipped. He stated that the money would be in the account by the end of the week, or by the latest the first of next weeek. On 10/24/2007 the refund had not come through, I called the number and it had been disconected.

There is no way to get in contact with them directly because there 1-800 number is a voice mail and calls are never returned.

Seeing this website was news to me, I wish I had read the complaints on this site before I order from them. Some one should investigate and resolve the customers complaints and put them out of business

Please do not use this website....they are a fraudulent company.

Customer placed fraudulent order using stolen credit card

AUTHOR: Ace Wigs - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 24, 2008

Here is yet another example of a customer (who by the way is a thief) is trying to ruin the good name of our company. This customer placed an order using a credit belonging to a person in Minnesota and wanted us to send the order to a completely different person in California. Against our better judgment, we did send one wig, and in the meantime discovered the second wig was discontinued. The ENTIRE amount paid for both wigs has been refunded through PayPal, even though the customer kept one wig. So who should be filing a rip-off report against who? Do you noticed how this person didn't include her name in the rip-off report? I guess I wouldn't put my name in either, if I was RIPPING OFF HONEST COMPANIES by keeping merchandise that I never paid for and then filing reports against the companty because they would send yet another "free" wig! Give us a break!!!!
