i bought my emachines from best buy in march of this year . the first three months it ran great then the power supply blew one night and when i called emachines support they told me to send the unit back and the last time i did that they lost my computer. i explained to the tech support and he told me that i would have to buy a new power supply qand have someone put it in the unit whichi did, then my fiancee was sitting at the computer playing a card game and we hard a big pop sound then the computer went off then back on then off so i am fed up at this point so i called acer america and talk to a lady named lawanda she assured me if i sent the computer back it wouldf be fixed well sent it back and got a a call saying they arnt fixing the computer because there excuse was a infestation with c**k roaches and i know for sure their were no cockroaches or bug in the unit at all which their wasnt then i was sent a emailsaying they were in the process of fixing it dont they commpunicate theirI havent heard from since i was told it wqas shipped out on december 12th it i now december 19 aND NO COMPUTER so i guess they lost it again
