Came to our home, we are an elderly couple on a fixed income. We wanted two small bathrooms tiled he said he can do it, and offered to also do the PLUMBING and installation of 2 vanities. Originally he said 5000.00 for both BATHROOMS 4X5

And we PAY FOR ALL MATERIALS.

Midway thru job he says "that will be 1500 more"! and started SCREAMING at my wife when she said no way that's not fair you quoted us a price and you cant change it half way thru the job. We have it on film. HIM SCREAMING!

Well we have NO HOT WATER in one bathroom and NO COLD WATER in the other.

You either scald yourself or you freeze.

He could NOT INSTALL the vanities I wanted so I wasted 1200 dollars on top of his 6500 bill, PLUS he could not install the faucets or pee traps I choose, another 697.00 wasted, then running me daily for one MONTH to get him 'things' he forgot at home depot around the block from our house, only to be told each time, oops that wont fit either! and the items cant be returned because he put glue all over them 'trying' to install them so about 300 in drains! wasted money, I wish I could post pictures!

We had to SETTLE for an 88.00 sink from home depot because its the ONLY KIND HE KNOWS HOW TO INSTALL!

Are you kidding me!?....why not just BE HONEST and say I don't  know what I'm doing here?!

The tiles are hideously placed and misaligned, NOT NEARLY ENOUGH thin set ( which WE paid for so its not like he was trying to save money ) and the tiles have a horrible echo sound its awful! sounds like a tap dancing studio we you walk on them.

The tiles around the shower are all over the place,sticking out here and there.You can NOT wipe down the shower without hurting your hands.

We tried gently to explain to him perhaps he was in over his head, I mean we are talking about  two bathrooms 4x 5 took 1 MONTH to tile? and FIGURE OUT "HOW NOT TO" install sinks in at our expense.

If only we could post photos, they speak volumes I cant put into words here ALL the things that are having to be REDONE as a type this, I am shocked at how I trusted a elderly man like myself, to HELP him make good money and he robbed us!

SHOCKING!

This man is a COMPLETE RIPP OFF! DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!

HE 'IS' HOWEVER A GREAT CON~MAN.......DONT be fooled.

IF YOU HIRE THIS MAN TO DO WORK FOR YOU.......YOU CANT SAY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN WARNED.
