ACN/Direct Star TV I came on line in February with ACN DirectTV. Bill has never been the same. Different cost each month. Indian Land, South Carolina

I got a bundle package with ACN, phone service, television, and internet in February 2013.  I had problems from the beginning, with getting the right equipment, difference in the cost in what the representive said verus what the bills said.  I have had only two  bills that was consistant.

I spent a lot of time on the phone and sending emails trying to get the bills right.  My bill for to begin with in February was suppose to be $61.99, March it was $69.31, April it was $79.31, May it was $79.31, June it was $86.16, July it was $76.29 August it was $76.29, and September it was $87.30. 

When I talk to Direct TV, they don't acknowledge what one customer service rep said.  They make it seem like I am lying.  ACN needs to either get it right or get another TV Service.  It started out the same way with the Digital Phone service.  One month itwas one thing and then the next month it was something else.  They did finally set payment and it stays that way now.

I am very pertubed with the service.
