ACS Inc. Ace Case Services The is company had sent me an email on 4/15/2014 talking about I owe them 965.45 and if I do not pay they will have me in house court, which I never receive any funds from the company, then I email them back on 4/15/2014 and they sent me an email stating that I can pay them 300.00 by 4/18/2014 if not then I would have to pay the 965.45 if they do not hear from me in a couples of day they would send my name out.  I have received this email regarding a payday loan that I was suppose to receive which I am not aware of which I was told I owe 964.45 and was told that if I do not pay this i will be in court which they have called it an in-house court, So therefore I reached out to this company on 4/15/2014 and they sent me an email stating if I could pay 300.00 dollars and this will clear my account. But if now I would have to send them 300.00 a month until the funds are paid off. Which I thought now this is kinda of funny because at one point it states that my name is at the government court house, but then in another conversation if I pay just 300.00 the case will be close. This is the first time of me hearing this. But I am to the point I am not sending any funds to this company. But I just want someone to know that I am being scam by this company.
