The company ACS legal group has threaten me with a law suit for a payday i did not get my husband did and now has pass away for about two years and this company keeps threatening me with legal actions againist me for the amount of $663.49 and plus legal fees of $3,640.49 and if i do not pay they will sieze my ssa and my bank account to put on hold.

The acs incrop which has sent me another email with a law suit case file # a/4-5643 for the aqmount of 921.84 and if do not pay them then the courts file a bank fraud, seize my ssa checks and bank account and the fee will be for $4852.15 againist me for this amount. the phone number for them is 347-871-4990 and this has been the third ime they have sent ma threaten email.

I would suggest you close your bank account and open a new one. Second, social security benefits are not garnishable for this type of debt. They may however look to get a judgement and place a lien on your property if you own a home. There again the only way they would be able to collect is if you were to refinance or sell your home as you would need to have the lien removed to deliver a clear title.

They are scammers and you cannot be arrested for a pay day loan date - tell them to shove it where the sun don't shine!
