ACS Legal Services ACLS Repeated calls from James Johnson, Mike Jones, and others threatining my home and work California, Internet

I have been continually harrassed by people claiming to be Law Enforcement personnell from ACS/ACLS and they are claiming that a lawsuit is pending against my social security number, name and address. They say that if I don't respond that they cannot guarantee what may happen to me or my address. these people are talking very broken English and I have checked several of the phone numbers they have left, which turn out to be mostly cell phones in New York City, Mass, NJ.

I have spoken to these people, told them that I know that they are a fraud and that they have been turned over to the Attorney General in my state, they will stop calling for a week or two and then start up again. Does anyone have any idea other than changing my number on how to get these people to quit calling me. I would appreciate any information anyone can give me. They are harrassing my friends, and really are starting to pee me off.
