The more percentage, the better and the faster it works. This company said they only have the 60% HCA, and they advertises a 14 day free trial. Anyways, I was on their free trial twice. For the trial, they sent the 60% HCA. After the trial, they sent the 50% HCA the does not work. Not for me. When I called them, they told me it was only mislabeled but it is a 60% HCA. They know the 50% HCA does not work, and that's why they don't send it for the trial perior, or people will not stay with their product. Funny they did it to me twice and lied about it. I learned that the Main Key Element for this product, PURE GARCINIA CAMBOGIA is the HCA. The more percentage, the better and the faster it works. I asked the agent if their company has HCA more than 60 percent, and she said they only have the 60% HCA, and it works.  Currently they are offering a 14 day free trial.

Their free trial got me interested to try it out. For the trial, they sent the 60% HCA. That worked for me and I was happy. Then I called to place my order.  As I continued with my second bottle, I noticed it was not doing anything like the first bottle. That got me curious to check the HCA.

I found out they sent the 50%. When I called them, the agent apologized and said that they might have sent their old bottles of 50%. So she offered to send me another bottle of 60% HCA with no extra charge. She gave me the confirmation number. After waiting 7 days, I called them back to check on the status of my order.

They told me they were not sending any new bottle because the bottle I got was correct. They said it was only mislabeled with the 50% HCA, it was supposed to be 60% HCA. I argued with them for a long while and it didn't seem like I was going anywhere with it.

I decided to just drop and forget it, and I will not be dealing with them ever again. So after a little while, I caled  back to order my cleanse FX. The agent tried to sell me their pure garcinia cambogia once again. I gave her a big flat no. She was good in pushing me and getting me back.

I told her my life story above and said I will never order that from them ever again. She was nice and offered me the free trial again. Well it got me again.  I explained to her my story above, and said, I would not be wanting to deal with the same issue again, when after this trial, and they send me the 50% HCA. She said no, and not to worry, they will send the 60% HCA after the trial.

This very same day, I spoke to a supervisor name Desareigh and she also assured me not to worry, if I have a problem to call and ask for her. Before the trial is over, I called and ordered my next bottle, and it came. Before I open the bottle, I went straight to check the HCA percentage. There I saw once again, they sent the 50% HCA.

I was very angry at this time, because I know they are going to tell me the same story about the mislabeled. I called them  and spoke to two supervisers. Jason and Desareigh, and yes, just as I thought. They told me the same story about the mislabeled. They know the 50% HCA does not work, and that's why they don't send it for the trial period, or people will not stay with their product. Funny they did it to me twice and lied flat.

Reality, and fact, there was no mislabeled. And if it was mislabeled, then why it didn't work? I am returining this bottle, then I am done with these Scam people. They deserve exactly what's coming to them.
