If you don't file a copyright through the Library of Congress, you have no copyright. Lets see, Author's name is different, content is different, and cover is different. You have no leg to stand on even if I claimed your original work, because you have no copyright. The original work that I edited for you was a scribd post. His thoughts are incomplete. I chose to clear this epic piece of shit up. I hope you enjoy the new and improved Black Book of the Abyss."
Thus, there is no 'confusion' regarding the two books. Kill Yourself Inc, did not 'republish' the original work, under a false pretenses. The work was actually both written and authored by Adam Daniels. Thus, no 'copyright infringement' has taken place making this a bunk report, and for the sole purpose of creating defamatory content.

There is no mention of a 'mental ward' in my rebuttal. I did not need your intimate medical records Robert, but thank you for supplying them to the public.
As stated, this report filed against Adam Daniels/Kelsey Daniels, is bunk. Robert could certainly use the proper channels for filing copyright infringement but instead he chooses to utilize Rip-off Report, to file his bunk 'report'. The fact remains, that the book published by Adam Daniels was written by him, as stated in the opening segment. As thus, there is no 'copyright' infringement to file. The background of this demonstrates motive for filing such a bunk report. And, as a means to further harass Adam and Kelsey Daniels.

My hospital report says I was admited into the e.r by ambulence because I fainted at my sons dr apointment
I had chest pains and palpitations. They kept me over night to run more tests on my heart

Robert Fraize is a self-admitted fabricator. He admits to fabricating false claims of pedophilia, rape and sexual abuse if he becomes 'mad'. He will recant later, hoping to smooth things over with those he's fabricated content about. When they do not seek his 'friendship', he becomes even more angry and creates more smear such as Rip-off Reports.
Robert Fraize is of below-average intelligence, and neglects to do his homework. There is no copyright infringement.

As for harassing a sexoffender and the law.
