At Adecco, your experience as a temp or internal employee would be dependent on the branch you are working with. Some temps typically experiences delays with the check being deposit or even issued. This shady practice is because some of the branches operate like a Ponzi Scheme or Pyramid Scheme.

Each branch is different and you may come across a branch that conducts themselves as true professionals. Your experience would be at the discretion of the local branch leadership morals and beliefs. Branch Managers/Area Directors are disgusting with the way they treat their permanent staff, which creates a s****. their recruiters like slaves and the recruiters take-out their frustration on happy job seekers calling the branch.

I am still employed with the company, but if I would have been forewarned about the internal workings of this company, I would not have accepted the offer. I was currently employed with my previous employer for 5+ years and it appears Adecco is all smoke in mirrors.
