Adrian Ragsdale ripoff deadbeat dad refuses to pay child support, owes $7000 in arrears not counting current Pottstown Pennsylvania

Adrian is not on disability.  He does not work but stands to gain a large amount of money from a law suit related to injuries received several years ago.  I would have an attorney look into that and make sure this child support is acquired from any settlement received on his behalf.  His children should be supported before any other monies are surrendered to him as a result of this settlement.

You are being unfair in your statement about Mr Ragsdale. He did pay child support to you, until you refused to allow him to be involved in his childrens life. Furthermore, you are aware of the horrible accident which rendered him unable to work.

He has yet to settle for this work related accident for which he was not at fault. You should allow Chandler and Carson to have some communication with their father and you may be able to acheive more desireable results.

As you were already told, Adrian has been on disability for almost 2 years. The judge in PA knows that. Whats the matter, you can't make your car payment on your new car? Why don't you get a job instead of seeking pity from everyone?
