I was told I could have an Adult site and sell products by having home parties and they would train me on Internet Marketing.

The training consisted of them talking me for more money , I initally paid $80.00 and agreed to pay $39.00 a month for training. I paid another $700. for web mapping. The only training I got was I was emailed a list of social sites that I could market to - NO INSTRUCTIONS at all.

I tried to order products off of my new website so I could start doing home parties as they said I could. I got a message they do not ship in my state, Utah.

I called and asked them why they did not tell me, and it was never disclosed anywhere, they said if I would have tried to buy something and clicked on the shopping cart I would have known they did not ship here. I asked where else they did not ship to they then emailed me a list of about 15 other cities they do not ship to.

I then told them I wanted my money back not only did they not give me any training as to how to market my web site as they said theywould, but I could not even get the products I intended to sell. They told me to go ahead and try to get my money back "You will find out it wount happen", they said I signed a contract.

What about them fullfilling the contract?

My bank has been working on getting my money back, for over a month. Visa said no and my bank has gone back to visa again saying it is not right, they cannot even ship to me, how can I run a business?
