adt authorized dealer msd global inc. installed home security system,not working , cancelled same week,oct/12. no actual office to file complaint , cancelled 20 times with adt, this msd global inc has only threatened me and i keep repor woodbridge, Ontario

had received a promo call thanksgiving sunday 2012. person came to install ADT security system.

30 days free trial guaranteed customer satisfaction....well ADT is reputable , or so i thought.... well within a day or two the system was off when we came home from work, i called the security centre, they said they didn't have a signal , i said you mean i could be dead and no one would be sent to the home or not notified. i than realized that i would be paying into something that didn't really exist.... strange thought, we are at the mercy of these people with good intention and they want to take your money but their isn't really any service. so as the story continues i found out that the person and company is separate from ADT. they actually broker this out, its not even them. If i had known i would never have agreed to this at all. I called again a few days later to say i still hadn't heard from anyone about my system. i called again , again , again finally  i received a call from a man that didn't speak good english, he was difficult to understand and i explained the situation to him and told him it hasn't worked from day one , he says i destroyed his equipment, and i signed for it before the installer left the home, not willing to do anything about the actual problem. this got out of hand neadless to say ididn't want anyone now in my home, i called ADT again with a complaint and again and again with the complaint and confirming cancellation. i wanted the piece removed from our home, and i did receive another call from this person except he put his 12yr old daughter on the phone to read from a script threatening my credit rating and so on, again i called ADT back with a complaint , they (BEING IN FLORIDA I MIGHT ADD) they assured me they would look after this issue and i would not be bothered again, i did receive an invoice from this MSD GLOBAL INC. and i mailed it back with large hand printed remark this has been cancelled do not contact me again.
