This site was great up until about 6 months ago. You would get the odd fake as you would expect on a site like this. But in the last few months these fake/scam profiles are being uploaded on an industrial scale.

When it comes to new profiles currently being uploaded I would say the number of fakes is closer to 90% or more! 

What they are doing is known as a click-through scam, replying to members emails and sending links to other sites, these are pay sites where people get ripped-off big time. And they sell members details to spam/sucker lists and try and suck members into other types of on-line fraudscams soliciting money, advance fee fraud, so-called inheritance scams, premium rate phone numbers, pay per view webcams and porn sites, phishers, sucker lists, spam lists, identity fraud, spyware/malware/Trojans/viruses (so they can sell on-line hard drive cleaning/repair services) etc.

A few of us are going to bombard the site with complaints to get Adult FriendFinder to take real action instead of offering their usual company line about how members should report fake profilesthere are so many fakes on here you would need a team of people working 24/7 to do that. And why should members be doing that anyway. It makes you wonder just who is behind all these fake profiles!
