Advanced Disposal Billed for two months of trash pickup, but trash was not picked up. Moody Alabama

  We were billed at our business for two months of trash pickup that did not occur.  We requested to be released from contract.  A release form was sent to us, but it had the wrong account number, wrong company name, and it stated that we could be sued if we tried to find a different vendor for our trash pickup.  Our lawyer advised us not to sign the form, so we requested a corrected release form.  We also requested that the dumpster be removed from our business lot.  After three months, the dumpster remains full and remains on our lot, even though Advanced Disposal has sent us emails stating that they would pickup the dumpster.  Advanced Disposal also continues to send us "Past Due" invoices for trash pickup that didn't happen.
