Advantage Promotions (NC) Rip off Charlotte North Carolina

This company runs a scam using high school and college athletics departments good names.  They get sports schedules from public sources like websites.  They then go into local communities of those schools visiting local businesses CLAIMING to be 'working with' that school and selling advertising to go on a schedule poster.  We have asked this company to stop this once before and they did for a while.  But I just had a local business man call me b/c a woman came in saying she was 'working with' our athletics program and trying to sell him an ad.  Because he is strong supporter of our institution, he knows all of us who work here and he is closely involved with us.  He became suspicious about why we would have an outside person from this company 'working with' us, so he called me right away.  The posters they produce are poor quality, schedules are often wrong in terms of content, and they only provide a very small number to distribute in the community.  It is a rip off for the schools b/c they poach advertising/marketing dollars from us, they mislead the businesses into thinking they are supporting a local entity when it is a strictly for - profit company in NC, and they do not provide those businesses with very much exposure at all.  It is a complete and total rip-off.  I've contacted the Better Business Bureau in NC.  I also see that other complaints have been lodged against this company there and many on this website.  How can they be stopped???  I am in contact with our institutional attorney to see if we have recourse.
