Description Of Work: 

 

On 10/03/2012, my suspension system was replaced. On 5/04/2013, or about 7 months later & roughly 4,400 miles, the driver's side strut had started making a "creaky" noise as I turn left or right. I went back & Gilbert confirmed that the part and labor was still under warranty and gladly swapped it out.

 

Yet less than a month later & still WELL UNDER 1yr/12k miles, the passenger's side had the same issue. I made my way back, & conveniently, Gilbert was no longer working there. Sean, THE OWNER, refused to swap out the part. Instead, he dismantled the strut off my car & "lubricated" it, to see if "solves the issue".

 

At any rate, I gave it a few days & everything seemed fine until the issue returned. The noise was unbearable. It sounds like an old, spring mattress. I found a way to make precious time & returned to the shop. At this rate, Sean stood his ground, & still refused to replace the RIGHT strut that is STILL WARRANTED. I implored that switching out the strut will solve the problem. HE REFUSED.

This "repair shop" refuses to honor their "1 year/12k mile" warranty. AVOID THIS PLACE. I will also file a complaint to BBB. This business has the shadiest tactics and the owner constantly attacks customers that had given bad reviews on another "popular review" site(starts with a Y and ends with a P). Unacceptable! Calls his customers demeaning names; absolutely horrible business ethics!
