Advantel Telemarketing A scam, not a telemarketing service West ripoff Bridgewater Massachusetts

This firm said they would call potential propects, introdcuce our service and provide "appointments" (gauranteed 25 of them) for us to meet with personnel of a certain level at these companies. When we would go to these apointments EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM fell into one or multiple of the catagories below:

* The person named no longer worked there
* The personwhose name we were given had no idea we were coming
* The person was not at a level agreed to in our criteria contract
* The person did not make decisions as to purchasing our service

We received zero legitimate leads from this whole process
I asked multiple times for confirmation that these will be refunded and on many of them got no answer. I went to speak to them at their office to try and resolve this and they would not let me in the building. I told them of the problems but they kept on setting up bogus "appointments" that were wasiting my and our sales peoples time.

I submitted a detailed file showing why we should be refunded on certain leads and after more requests to respond to this, they told me that I have to fill out official forms and they will "repalce" the appointments with other.

This is a further sham as when they did this on previous ones they just keep sending the same type of bogus leads that further wasted our sales teams time. So now they are willing to replace the ones they have already replaced once with more bogus leads. I was led to believe during the sales cycle that I would be reimbursed for failure to meet the minimum number of appointments but am now told that the word in the contract is replace means a new bogus appointment. I then called and even asked for the forms (which I really didn't even want) and they have not even sent those.

This company is a fraud. They bait you with the promise of appointments and then just start shoving bogus "leads" at you on which you waste your time following up. They then stall you with sporadic responses and finally offer replacements that are just as bad as the initial "leads".

I have used other telemarketing firms and understand there will be appointments where you are blown off or someone is really not all that interested or someone was not clear on what your company did when that percentage is 100% and the company refuses to acknowledge any responsibility, that is outrageous.

I am seeking a refund through multiple avenues and thus far the response from Advantel has been exactly the same as to others who have lodged complaints...try and say they delivered a legitimate serice when in fact they waste your time on top of your money.
