Affordable Imports Roger Lake Bought car from there and it needed repairs right away. Has been 1 month and haven't seen car since. New Hampton New York

Bought a used 2006 Honda Accord Coupe from Affordable Imports / Roger Lake. Returned car shortly there after under warranty for repairs. Car was taken off site. Have called and sent e-mails to find out status of car and Roger never gets back to me. Have gone there numerous times and all I get is excuses.
They have had car for three weeks. His dealership lot is getting very low on inventory as it looks like he is going out of business. Called the police to get car back. Car couldn't be produced and I was told that this is a civil matter. I am apparently now out of $12,000 dollars.

We were able to come to an agreement with the repairs that were needed on the vehicle, and we took care of all the repairs. The customer is very happy with us at this point, and no futher action was required. He had wrote a review on 3 other sites and they are all taken down at this point only this one remains and the we emailed the this company and they don't even return our emails.
