Affordable Window Tinting Volunteer Firefighter is NO stand up guy - Sloppy tint work - blatantly ignored requests for repair or refund Brooksville, Florida

Window tinting job was sloppy and owner refused to acknowledge repeated attempts to either have work re-done or simply refund the money. Had my car windows tinted by Dave Grumbley, owner of Affordable Window Tinting.  Noticed numerous imperfections, bubbles, creases, etc., emailed Mr. Grumbley that day, he said to give it a week to let windows dry and if gthey were still visible, he would come back out and repair it.   A week later, I emailed the Mr. Grumbley and advised all issues were still visible.  No response.  Numerous emails, calls to his cell, and requests through his website, I received no response regarding my issue.  Eventually, I sent a certified letter to Mr. Grumbley requesting a full refund.  No response has ever been received. I will now need to have the repairs done at a reputable business and will be out another $110.00. Dispicable actions for a volunteer firefighter, who should be someone the community looks to up to...not someone who cheats his community. 

I merely want the balance of the what I paid returned to me, as I am a VERY unsatisfied customer.

Looks like he may have shut down and skipped town.  Business fail sir?  Gee, I wonder why.
