afni inc. afni issued a collection for verizon against a phone number in a state i dont even live in or associate with bloomington, Illinois

Afni issued a collection against me in the mail for verizon inc for 214.36 against a phone number account located in New Jersey a state which i have not resided in for 9 years now and left the state when i was 17. I have never had any type of dealings with Verizon or any utilites in my name in the state of New Jersey they are refusing to fix the mistake phone communication are usless when dealing with this company. The collections against me are completely fictional considering i have not lived in the United States for couple of years now if they want the money so bad they can take me to court. ill win let the lawyers have at it
