we were customers of this store,AGACI . we have spent alot of money in it. one day we bought a shirt that after trying it at home,it was too big.no big deal,it will be exchanged soon.after a week or so,wew tried to exchange it at the West Oaks Mall store in Houston,Tx. but the manager was in such a bad mood she was scaring customers away.when our turn came we explained what happened but she decided that she will not exchange it.we were laughing at this and asked why.she said that she doesnt have to explain anything.after trying to convince her she refused to talk to us and called the mall security to kick us out of the store.I had a two kids with me 4 and 10 years old. they were terrified when they saw the security guard screaming at their mom to get out of the store while that manager had that smirk on her face. it was a $20 shirt.not worth the headache! but it is a matter of principle. could use this shirt to clean the car but there is some responsibility that falls on the AGACI store and its managers. after getting home,the kids were still upset and did not talk much and we could see that they were different.
the next day,we took the kids to the doctor and he said that they have some fear that something wrong will happen to their mom and them. it has been a week since this happened and now the kids are getting over it but do not want to go to the mall!! nobody has the right to scare kids and definitely i will not let anyone do that to my kids. Im keeping the receipt from the doctors visit and will ask the store and the manager to pay it.the corporate office is ignoring my emails so far. I don't think they will ignore it much longer and after they receive a legal letter. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
