Someone called our customer , Agnes Serafini twice claiming to be from Sovereign Bank and asking her what her SS# was and wanting more info on her Line of credit with us.
first call was 9/16/11 a woman and she gave Agnes a phone # to call 1-800-207-8767 for her to verify and this was early state collections dept.
2nd call 9/19/11 asking for same info
Agnes caller ID had 877-221-6238 which just rings twice and hangs up?
