Question

AUTHOR: Niko234 - ()

Are you saying you were ripped off in 1995 and you are now trying to transfer credits? If that is the case good luck fella most credits expire in 5 to 7 years. Unfortunately you will have to pay back the loans prior to applying for new loans. This should have been explained to you when you drew on the financial aid previously.
