I scheduled an apointment with air care solution company to fix my AC on 4/6/2012 between 8am and 12pm. A technician went to my house and told my tenant and also called me to tell me that the AC is leaking, a part of the unit is broken too. He told me it cost me 700 hundred to fix it and he had all the parts with him, so he can get the job done in one and a half hour. Then he took my credit card number over the phone. Very soon, the office sent me the invoice by email and want me to sign all the paper and fax them back as soon as possible. Around 5pm my tenant texted to me saying that the technician went to buy the part for so many hours and still not back yet. she called him and he did not answer the phone, but she had to go to work. I called the company when the tech would be back, the lady answering the phone told me he won't be back because he did not know how to fix the problem and she will call another tech who will drive from port st. lucie to fix my AC, and will arrive between 7pm and 8pm and she wanted me to tell my tenant to stay at home waiting for the tech to come. so my tenant did not go to work wait until 8pm, my tenant told me said that nobody came. so they call the company, and had been told that the tech got accident cant come and had to reschedule for the next day between 8am and 12pm. the next day my tenant called out from work again and waiting for the tech to come. around 10 am, i got a call from there company said that the tech has to come from miami, and will be arrived in one and a half hour. so we wait, around 12 pm, my tenant called me said that nobody called and showed up. so i call the company again, then the lady told me the guy will arrive in half hour. until 3pm, my tenant called me again she said still no one showed up and she had lost 300 for no going to work. i called the company again, the lady said the tech who is coming from miami, his truck got broke down, and she did not know when he will arrive, she said she will give me a call when he is half hour away from my house. and my tenant got so mad, she wants me to call nother AC company, because already 3 days no AC. so i checked my account, but they already took my 700 hundred from my bank, so i told me tenant to wait again. around 9pm, still nobody showed up and called. i called the company again, the lady asked me why i kept calling, i said already 9pm, everyone is going to sleep. she said she will guaranteed some one gonna come to have my AC fixed by that day and no matter how late it will be. we waited for long long time until next day 12pm still no call no show. so finally we called another AC company to fix my AC, and the funnest thing is the tech from the other company told us my freon is not leaking, there are two parts of the unit need to be changed and only cost me 636. and he had the job done in 20 munites. we got so mad about air care solution, so i called to ask for the manager for refund my money since they did not provide the service, but they told me to call back the following day because the manager was not in the office. so i called the next day, and another person wanted me to call back next day again because the manager was not in the office. so i called again the other day, and another lady told the manager was not in the office again and she told me i can't get my money back once they charged my credit card, and no matter they provide the service or not. my god, what kind of company this is, their ADS on clipper magazine is fooling all the people. this company really can not be existed in the US to cheat on people's money. i am going to find a lawyer to sue them for reimbursement and for 700 hundred they charged but did not provide the service.
