I responed to an ad for duct cleaning. They came said my system was full of mold it was 1400 dolars to fix said it was black mold and left untreated it would eventually kil us. We said we had to think about it and he dropped his price to 800 dollars. I asked if I call tomorrow would price be the same. He said no. So I told him we wouldn't use him. He also said our unit needed 2 gallons of freon 120 dollarrs a gallon. After he left we had a company come who we found out was reputable. Nothing was wrong. No mold and not low on freon and coil was not dirty as roy calimed. He was a schiester anf fast talker. Before they came I did dishes and took my ring off placed it on the counter like I always do. I forgot it was there or I never would hace left it out. An hour after they left I went to put it on it was gone.. They were the only people alone in my kitchen. And I noticed it missing before the other company came. Only myself and my husband live here. I am on my way to file a police report and have called the credit card company to dispute the 80 charge. Oh and the kicker is that a new filter was to be included and he said they would mail it to us! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE.and also found out that freon only costs about 58 dollars a gallon. We called the company they disconnected us and would not give us anyone in charge
