I made a reservation at Hotwire. Com for a rental car . I was given a total including sales tax. When I picked up the car the next morning at Alamo which is also national and enterprise I believe , The customer service guy asked for a credit card and license , copied down the information he needed , asked me if I wanted collision damage? I said no thank you then asked if I wanted to up grade . I said no. Then asked if I wanted to prepay for gas and I said yes . He said bring the car back as close to empty as you can. Here is your paperwork just initial all the x 's and sign the back . Your car is across the street . Thank you and I was off .

I checked out the contract later that night and see an estimate for collision 63.00 another charge for 10.00 for aireport concession which right above says its included with hotwireand the gas fee which i approved and another tax for 5.00 that also was included with Hotwire. I called them and they told me I have to go back there too cancel the insurance in person. So today instead of trying to relax on my first vacation in 5 years , I have to deal with a rental car company that is trying to take advantage of someone that was jet lagged. Not a good way to do business.
