Alan Handl / Top Notch Tactical lied about price we agreed on, date on which I would receive product, and will not refund money to me after telling Alan Handl I needed a refund because he did not sent me the parts and I found them elsewhere. Auburn Washington

On April 5,2013 I contacted Alan Handl of Top Notch tactical and put $500 down on a DTA SRS A1 in 338 Lapua for $5854.00 Also ordered were extra mag, Delta P design adaptor, atlas bipod, dta 40 moa scope mount with inserts. Alan Handl told me he had some on order and would receive the rifles in about 3/4 weeks. 

My balance was $5354 after deposit. In June he said he still did'nt have the rifle but he had all my accesories in store just waiting for the rifle to arrive from DTA and he would ship it all at the same time. I asked him to ship me what parts he had, he then said "well you can't use anything but the Atlas bipod till the gun comes in so I'll send that" I said okay. He then asked me to leave the $500 down on gun and charged me $275. for the bipod, which should have been subtracted from the bal. of $5354. leaving a new bal. of $5,079.

During this long wait I found out from DTA my gun had'nt even been put together yet so I asked DTA to please change the color from BLK/fde to FDE/OD for an additional $200. They said no problem if it's okay with Alan Handl at topnotch witch it was'nt a problem.

Months later, Sept 28.2013 Alan Handl of Top Notch withdrew $5654. from my account. I called and asked great is my rifle finally in, He said no but it is enroute. Several weeks later I did finally receive the rifle with an extra mag. That's it, No DTA scope mount and inserts, No Delta adapter. After topnotch said they still did'nt have the adapter I called Delta P myself ordered it and had it in 3 days.

I told Top notch that I was able to get an adapter to please refund me the $85.00 Alan Handl said he would. Months later I still had'nt received my $375 dollar DTA scope mount and arranged for DTA to drop ship them to me. Both Alan Handl and DTA agreed. After they were made and ready to go out, DTA could'nt ship them out because they couldn't get ahold of topnotch. I also tried to call, email, text, facebook Alan Handl at topnotch with no replies or luck. I did'nt want to get pasted over on the newly made scope mounts so I paid for them again and as of yet haven't received them.

I have been trying to get Top notch to refund my money but to no avail. This company is a joke and I would not recommend them to Anyone. Please read the reveiws and don't do what I did. Go though someone else. Pissed off in Wyoming.
