not only is it past texas SOL but he said he was going to snd me to court for tyring to defroud a bank check.
and said i wouldpossily fasing kain time depending on judge.IDK the laws so i agreed to pay him on install menmts cause i dont want to go to prison for life.
also i am unemployed and he is making me give a good part of unemployment check for mothly payments untill paid his name is steve

i hate paying things twice, and also hate being bullied into making double payments or facing criminal charges for bank fraud.
i need an attorny but cannot afford one/what rights do i have if any?
also he bullied me into accepting payment terms also it was from 2007 since he bullied me into it do i lose all rights?
please help?

she was also collections for acr cash express.
i hate paying thungs off twice and being bullied into paying again by threatining jail or prison for a criminal offence.
I wish someone would help me on this if they know an attorney?
and what are my rites?

But, if you want to be sure so you can relax and not have a stroke then call
the local constables office and give them the details. I think you will find that
Texas is just like Kentucky, when it comes to payday loans it is a civil matter.
