Alert-1 Cancelled account because unauthorized charges to my bank account. Williamsport Pennsylvania

Back in June of 2014 I selected Alert -1 as a service I could use just in case I fell and couldn't get up. Their address is 24 West Fourth St. Williamsport PA 17701. The unit that I got was not what I needed because the cat would step on the box and set off the alarm and notify the company who monitors the system and since I could not mount the emergency call box on the wall, I needed to get a pendant that was in communication with a cell tower instead of through the regular phone line. My son had had a Pitbull puppy who was visiting so the puppy got ahold of the pendant and chewed it up so it wouldn't work. I exchanged this for a new pendant and was charged over $500.00 including a reactivation fee of about $100.00

That made me mad but I figured I could still keep the service if I had them send me a bill for a year and since I have a Trust I would submit the bill for payment in full and I would not have to pay for this directly out of my bank account. July 9, 2015 I found out that they took this fee directly from my bank account which by the way was not authorized So later on I decided to cancel them since they refused to give me a refund back to my account but was told if I sent the pendant back that they would refund the money and prorate the difference and then write me a check in 4-6 weeks. A few days later I called customer service and was told that I didn't even qualify for any refund.

I sent back the pendant and it was received by them. I contacted a manager and was told that I am entitled to a refund but it will take 4-6 weeks to actually get the check. And still I wait. This should go directly back into my account but maybe they don't have the money to pay me a refund of my own money. (That was stolen from my bank account.) The amount was $431.40.
