I was fixing my sisters lawn sprinklers out back and when i went to go back to the garage to get a tool i noticed a former neighbor of mine who is in fact a drug addict and a thief, he saw me and high tailed it down the block I did some reseach and found that this company is not owned by an American and they have not been around 15 plus years that they claim. as a veteran i take pride in our southern pride and honor. my sister said that he stated there had been a robbery in the area. scare tactics are not a good way to inform consumers of products.

Exactly how I feel

I am also a home owner who has been approached by this company. I feel they need to be put out of business with the way that they go about getting business. When I was approached by the same man as stated in the report before, it wasn't the fact that he was trying to sell me an alarm. It was the fact that once I said NO NOT INTERESTED!!! He continued to push further and that does not now and will NEVER fly with me. I actually had to call the police here in Cape Coral to get him to leave my property. So I completely agree withe above statement in regards that because of the so called sales manager Derrick I will NOT NOW NOR NEVER do business with AAA Home Security. I also suggest the same for anyone who is reading this.

Recent poor experience with AAA

Today, 10/11/12, representatives from AAA came to my home to pitch their security system. Janet Beddoe was pleasant. Her associate, who introduced himself as Darren or Derrick, stating he was the company sales manager, was so unprofessional that I asked him to leave my home. On the way out the door, he stated "Come on Janet, this guy is an a**hole." I walked out into the driveway, where he continued to be profane and threatening. His partner, Janet, was begging him to stop, saying, "Please, this makes the company look bad". But he didn't stop, even saying "Do you really want to f*** with me?" Because of this individual, AAA will never have a chance to do business with me.

I will tell you right now that they do no background checks nor any finger printing. They hire and fire and have so many people quitting that it would actually cost them more to do that with the "sheriffs department" like they say then the money they make scamming you for. Ill keep this short and sweet...
Dear the owners (Sy and Carla)-- STOP LIEING TO EVERYONE !!! THE SECRETS OUT, and when the secrets you hold come to light, its hard to cover all of them up. Especially ones that you find on the freakin sheriffs website of your employees.. read it and weep!
Love always
Yours truly <3

scam artist

I worked for all american alarm.. obviously not anymore. I ended up walking away from this job/horrible experience. Being a young adult, I was vulnerable and was willing to try any job that came to me. I have college, and life to pay for. But when it came down to it, the job was no longer something that would get me ahead in life, it was actually holding me back. This company is a scam. They will say anything to you to get in your door and sell you there product with a contract that has absolutely no value to it. The men they have working for them are not only felons but also disgusting. One even offers the females to get more deals and he will please them more. It was just unethical and unprofessional. Now that I see all the bad things coming to light with their company, I am putting my story out there as well. So please do not work for them and even more important, do not welcome these salesmen in your house. Please.

Yet another false claim from all american alarm
AUTHOR: former employee - (United States of America)

I have previously worked for this company, and everyone even the manager had a criminal background. I never underwent a finger printing, nor a background check. There was even talk about some guy named Cory, and how he was an employee and committed fraud against customers. Even the installer is a cocaine addict. There was 7 people doing sales when i started. and I must have seen 13 or 14 other people come and go. Lots of former employees left because they said they weren't being paid.
Keep your eye on this company, they seem to be in a downward spiral. I feel sorry for anyone who trusts their safety to this cult of a company.

All American Alarm does a complete background check on each employee. If it is discovered that someone has an unacceptable background, they are dismissed. Each employee is required to be fingerprinted and background checked by Lee County Sheriff's Office. Everyone in our company meets these standards. Others write reports on the internet.

Are you kidding me? Hmmmmm, The fact that you say the licening bored requires you do a background check and that you as a company abid by this? Let me just inlighten you all on how much they do background check and drug screening... I am someone that was approched by one of this companies individuals for an Alarm System... just recently, He said his name Was Brock Piper and that my neighbor had been broken into and that I should get an alarm... When I told his I was not interested he push me to the point where I told him to get off of my property... A day later I was broken into and did my research and found out that Brock Piper was previously arrested and charged with Burglury of an unoccupied dwelling.. seemed very fishy to me that someone would tell me I need an alarm and that my neighbor had been broken into and then the same VERY night I was brokin into and the person who approched me about an alarm BROCK PIPER was arrested for BURGLURY... If you ask me I don't see anything anywhere where this company is doing a background check AT ALL!!! Who knows what types of recordes other employees that work there have...

This report was written by a Sales Rep that was terminated for misleading customers. This person was Fired! because he was not in alignment with our company philosophy, had no integrity and misrepresented our product. I learned that this report came from him, when he called me to ask for his job back. He admitted this was his report, and when I would not hire him back, he refused to remove it.
The state licensing board requires alarm companies to do complete background checks, drug testing etc. We do not have drug addicts or criminals working at our company. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are in good standing with the licensing board. I welcome anyone reading this report to call our company directly or to investigate on their own. We have thousands of delighted customers in the tri county area that will confirm that we are an upstanding company that contributes to our community.
