I thought I already wrote the report , in the wrong space.I was in business with Alex Friedman and his wife Ena, from Sept. 2005 until April 26, 2007 when. On Sept 8, 2005, I commenced business with Alex Friedman and his wife Ena. I contracted to purchase a taxicab and lease a medalion from them. According to the Agreement I paid them down a 1000. Dollars and agreed to pay 100. Dollars toward owning a taxicab. I also contracted to lease a medalion from them for a further 350. Dollars per week. The car was to be paid off in 50 weekly payments of 100. Dollars per week.To a total price of 6,000. Dollars for 2002 Ex-Police Ford Crown Victoria.Which I am sure was purchased at Auction for less than a 1000. Dollars.Anyway I complied to the Agreement and made all required payments. In November 2005 the car engine failed, I towed car back to their garage to see what was wrong , they said it needed an engine ( after 2 months) I told them they could have the car and left the garage. When I was on my way to the train he sent his messanger to intercept me with an offer. He offered to replace car engine for 900. Dollars and I could pay 100. Dollar per week until it is paid off. I accepted.I continued on with them I also came to realize that when I first bought the car from them the odometer ad been tampered with , quite likely reversed in order to become compliant with the local law requirements fo taxicabs.I did not say anything to them about it .We had our ups and downs and all arounds but I managed to remain in business with them. On April 26th 2007 at around 10:30 pm, I was traveling southbound on Hunting Park Ave. at Cumberland street Philadelphiat (just over the brow) and was rear ended by a speeding car the blow was so hard that the former Police Cruiser was Totaled.The police came and made the report. From all evidences it was clear that the kid was at fault. I had the car towed to one of Alex Friedman's Affiliated garages. At 9th and Noble streets in Philadelphia.Good thing I had paid off for car in February 2007. To summarise, Alex Friedman collcted the Insurance cheque and did not give me a penny. The reason the Insurance co. paid the cheque in his name or company's name is because I was leasing the medalion from him and so the deed to the car/cab had to be in the same name as the medalion owner.I have made severl attampts to collect in order to replace my taxi cab but both Alex and Ena Friedman have violently denied me my money. Alex even stole my wrecked car and had it demolished for parts , including my 2000.Dollars worth ofwheels( Magnesium wheels good year tyres) I paid a total of 7200. Dollars to Alex Friedman for that car. Breakdown: Downpayment : 1000.00 ,  Weekly payments : 50 times 100.00 Dollars. Tuneup ( when I first got the car: 200.00 Dollars. Engine replacement( after only 2 months) 900.00 Dollars Total 7100.00 Dollars and later that year , in September I was diagnosed with Diabetes. I am sure if I had not had this experience with Alex and Ena Friedman I would not have gotten Diabetes.Thank you please help me . All this report is done on my tablet , please pardon me .
