You are being scammed! I have first hand evidence in which Chris lies about who he is, about where he is, and why he takes the consumer's money without fulfilling contractual obligations. You are wasting your money if you hire all over distribution. They do just enough to make it appear they are doing the job you pay for. I'm not as concerned about what he owes me as I am with what he's doing to the business owner or the man running for office. I have proof that he didn't pay me what he was obligated, and you'll notice he has nearly 2 million complaints from all over the country.

 I'm writing this for the consumer, small business owners, campaign organizers, and big business owners. When you have first hand knowledge that a business is operating wrongfully and without integrity, it's imperative we speak up. The man behind all over distribution is a con. Did he lie and short me personally? Absolutely! Do I have proof? Absolutely! Again, he's a con man. He sounds great and professional on the phone, but I'm sure he's had years to master this. He has a reason for everything, because clearly you can see- by all the complaints filed (nearly 2 million) that he's had experience with excuses, dragging his feet, not paying or producing for those who hire him- that includes those who hire him to distribute their advertising. He does just enough to try and cover himself, but rest assured, you are being ripped off! You are not getting what you paid for! They have changed their business name numerous times, then he'll give you a bogus personal name. Who would operate in this manner if you're honest and have nothing to hide? I'm deeply concerned for those of you who need this service and have paid all over distribution, Chris Jenke aka Jenkins isn't who he says he is and doesn't do what he says he'll do. Beware! And I'll be more than happy to take part in any formal investigation .
