all repair auto NOT Happy took my car in for overheating problem they fixed it the next day it overheated again took it back in now it needs new fan they don't keep you informed at all I stopped in to check up on my car because they never called me back and I was told I had bigger problems now my tranny is out it has been In there shop for of 14 days and no work has been done to it They have told me to many lies I am sending tow truck to have there work looked over I will post the out come later How do you take your car in for overheating then never get it back because the tranny went out while in there possession.??? 14 days and they have only called me 2 times if 14 days to update layton Utah

 I was mis informed from my warranty company I would like to remove this report I have worked out with Ernie to get car repaired and found that the lack of communication came from the third party the work was great and I am a happy custumer for life thanks again for all your help all repair auto

Even though this has been resolved, the unfortunate thing about the impulsive nature is that reviews written in anger can remain up even though the original reviewer desires to remove it.  As stated this was an extended warranty situation not sold or affiliated with us in any way, where the warranty company only authorized labor and was supplying the part themselves (this is often the case with warranties as they will always save money when they can) We are at the will of the warranty company to deliver the part before the repair can be made.  We in no way can force a quicker response or purchase the part through our suppliers as it would be an unauthorized cost and the customer would be expected to pay.   The first visit was 07/16/13  then you came back on 07/22/13, we did not have pocession of the vehicle this whole time.  We do take offense at the time stated, as these reviews were being written the vehicle has been in our procession 11 days, one day to receive authorization on Tuesday from the warranty company to do the work (this takes time and we pushed to get that authorization) and then then Wed - Wed we waited for the elusive part to arrive and were being updated it was on its way.  Again we would love to complete the work but as of now, this owner now realizes, we are still waiting on the part to be supplied to us.  Because of this experience and the fact that the customer stated the sales dept of the warranty issuing company told him we had the part in our procession (completely untrue) we have ended our consent to do warranty work with this company.  We still continue to take pride in our determination and effort to make each customers experience with us the best that they have ever had.  At this time, even as these negative reviews are being composed, we continue to finish this job to the best of our abilities and are doing all we can to push the dealership warranty company to expedite the delivery of the needed parts.  

 We know our customers hold us in high esteem and anyone who reads our numerous reviews found everywhere online can determine our integrity and performance.  It is a testiment to our business nature that the only negative was something that was not choosen by us, this job if it hadn't been done through an extended dealership warranty where the customer contracts in agreement with their terms to provide their parts, we would have had this job done in 2 days given the freedom to find and purchase the parts ourselves.
