all transmission world randy says he rebuilt my transmission, when it wasnt necessary.cost me $2546.22 winter garden , Florida

i was on the road when a light came on. i made it back to town and went straight to all transmission world in winter garden. not knowing what light it was he says he'll look at it and call me. after nine hours i called him and he states it took him all day to remove the transmission and would let me know in the morning what was wrong.

 the next day around 11am i called him to check on my van. he states that he can repair my transmission and spewed out alot of terms i didnt understand. then says that i had to give him $1200.00 right then so he could buy the parts and start working on my van. tells me he would have it ready in 3-4 days. 

i called him on the 4th day and he says he had issues cleaning it out but it would be ready 2 days later. 

i called him back in 2 days later and left a message. i called back that afternoon and he said he was just about to put my transmission back in. then he started saying that there was a leak in my engine and my water pump was out. i told him i would come up there to see what he was talking about. i took a friend (who knows a lot about engines) so he can help explain to me what was going on. the guy(mechanic) got extremely upset and irate and stormed off so i followed him into the office and he took me in to see my transmission. it was on a table with a bunch of rings next to it not even ready for install.  

i couldnt tell if there was any work done to it or not, he says that he just cleaned the transmission out but it was full of fluid in the bottom. but states it will be ready for me to pick up the next day.

i called him around 4pm and he says its ready for me to pick it up. when i get there he says i have to bring it back in 15 days he he voids the warranty and if i didnt get certain items fixed on my engine he will void the warranty. since this, only a week ago, im finding that the light still comes on and off, and that its a check engine light which he never ran a diagnostic on it, and i found out the code has nothing to do with the transmission or anything mechanical at all.

 so needless to say i paid over $2500.00 for something that had nothing to do with what was wrong with my van to begin with. and for his warranty, why would i or anyone ever use this guy again.
