During it's investigation, All Year Electic provided RIp-Off Report with documentation showing that an insurance claim was filed and paid, and that the claims made in the Report below are completely false. We also learned that the homeowner insited the generator had to be started against All Years reccomedation, and the resulting damage occoured. This should have been on the homeowners insurance, but All Year took the initiative and filed the claim with its own insurance company and it was paid.
Rip-off Report has confirmed that All Year Electric, Inc. takes quality control very seriously. EDitors NOTE: With the many thousands of jobs preformed each year by All Year Electric Inc., All Year Cooling And Heating, Tom Smith Development., Rip-off Report staff fails to find any other complaints filed anywhere about them. After all, they have been listed on Rip-off Report at the very top of most search engines. If there was a real problem with this company, Rip-off Report would know.
All Year Electric Inc.,All Year Cooling And Heating,Tom Smith Development Inc. Damaged home when installing new generator, did not get compensation for damages, operating under anothers license Fort Lauderdale Florida
Customer's home damaged by generator installation and All Year Electric Inc. did not respond to claim. Mr. Iuen owner of Action Crane Service Inc. had purchased a generator for his home and Mr. Smith's company All Year Electric Inc. had agreed to install it. After the installation Mr. Smith wanted payment but Mr. Iuen wanted to see the generator work. Mr. Iuen had to demand that they prove it operated. The day of the test Mr. Iuen handed them a check they then started the generator only to watch smoke bellowing out of the home. They had damaged the electrical components in the home beyond repair (appliances etc.). Mr. Smith blamed the generator company, after the generator company inspected the machine and found that it had been improperly wired (the neutral was not connected correctly)
All Year Electric Inc. was able to fix the problem, however Mr. Iuen was forced to claim the incident on his homeowners insurance as All Year Electric Inc. would not respond for the damages. This incident will raise Mr. Iuen's home owner insurance since he had to make a claim. Mr. Smith collected about $4K for the generator installation and never offered any compensation for the electrical damages or the insurance claims. All year Electric operates under the license of Randy Miller which I believe would explain why they cannot claim the incident on his insurance which would probably not cover it anyway. I ask, does Randy Miller even know about this incident and if so would he care? So owner beware when shopping for an electrical company.
All Year Elect Inc. operates under anothers license, they make mistakes, they do jobs without pulling permits and they did not respond for their mistake. Good Luck with this company. Rick Estrada.
