Do not work for or do business with this company. I was recently employed there and was fired for no apparent reason. All you can Talk is a premier dealer for Cricket Communications. I was hired as a Store Manager and was fired a few months afterwards, no reason defined other then a minor disagreement about the scheduling of my employees. All shifts where covered, all employee's exceeding quota and zero customer complaints yet many customer compliments. I had no employee complaints about scheduling.

I live in a right to work state (nevada) but I believe that I was fired for personal, religious or maybe even racial reasons as it was sudden and with no review or "official" inquiry as to why I was being considered for termination.

Not only did I meet company expections, I exceeded them in terms of sales/volume etc and worked an average of 50 hours a week on salary pay, minimum required for salary at All You Can Talk is 40 hours. I was however, accused of stealing company time (no grounds for that what so ever, just a persistent personal belief on my bosses behalf) And when I confronted my boss about it, in hopes of getting the situation remedied I was terminated for talking back. (Gotta Love right to work states) Even though I never once in the conversation lost my head, (I did a bit afterwards) and never accused him of lying or anything. Just simply stated that I was working, was doing what he asked me to do etc.

I was never given a complaint in writing on what I was apparently doing wrong, and instead of seeking to remedy the situation (whatever it was) I got the axe. I wish I had read this website and the numerous complaints BEFORE accepting employment at Cricket or one of its premier dealers! Avoid this company.

I wonder how much AYCT wireless is paying you to make up things that happened 6 years ago?  Amazes me you still work there, whoever you are.  You are either that manager who "thought" he was a boss..but just an underachieving mind controlled Mormon, or the little girl I hired because Silver referred you? Lets get you up to speed..

I'm sure you did make 5.15 an hour at the time,  and I'm sure you still make that much. I have never in my life worked for 5.15 an hour, and I never will.   I however am the CEO of MPS Systems here in California and enjoy an upper 6 figure income and hold an advanced degree with plenty of legal resources and can dig whoever you are out of your hole on the internet, drag you into court under slander charges and sue you into bankruptcy.

You should probably read the terms of service here on Ripoff Report before you start posting false claims and think you are invisible here on the internet.

POSTED: Saturday, October 27, 2012

Steven i worked for you at ayct the camras were installed while you were there i went on to be gm of nevada they fireed you for flashing your weapon at employee's in the store. in nevada it is legal to carry a concealed weapon, however it is not legal to flash it around to people, plus you were never there dont be a hater you were a slacker i worked with you and silver who were both lazy as hell. i was a new employee making $5.15 per hour doing all the work in that shitty store hints the reason why i was general manager there for 2 years. the upper management spoke with you mutiple times about your absence and about flashing your stupid gun around you waived it in my face if thats not a good reason to be tewrminated from a job i dont know what it. i know those camara's were there because we brought up the feed from you waiving your gun around and watched it. fyi your concealed weapons permit can also be revoked for doing such things. so get over it.

5 Years Have Passed Since Working For These Jokes

AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 11, 2010

Well its been 5 years and since there is no more responses on this thread I assume this company has either folded up and died (most likely) or cleaned up their act.  Either way, its an improvement.

I am now upper management in the company I started with after being fired from "All You Can Scam Wireless" and oversee logistical operations all over the western US.  To this day I have used my bad experience at this shady little operation to avoid potential problems and abuses of management in this position.

I now earn high into the 6 figures doing little more than what I was doing at "All You Can Scam" wireless and my company appreciates and rewards my hard work. For those of you who were scammed into investing time into this shady little operation, don't lose heart, your skills will be valued elsewhere.

This report is still being forwarded to all relevant parties and I hope after all these years it has indexed DEEP into the bowels of the search engines so when someone types "All You Can Talk Wireless" this report is the first thing they hit.

Rot in pieces All You Can Talk Wireless.

Some Truth about All You Can Talk

AUTHOR: Cricket-lover - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 24, 2008

I am a former employee of All You Can Talk and while I don't know the person who was fired here, I think anyone who is reading this, probably employees or customers, should know some important facts that describe the character of AYCT's ownership.

This tells you all you need to know about them: for over a year, the company blatantly never paid over time to its employees. Some of who were working around 60 hours a week. When employees asked why they weren't paid time and a half for overtime, they were told that "the company just couldn't afford it." Obviously, this is illegal. And I doubt that the owners were ignorant to the concept of "overtime."

Once certain employees quit, they sent the authorities after AYCT management. As I hear it from the mouths of office employees who were present when the lawyers confronted the company, the owners slipped out the back door and gave orders not to comply with the demands of giving over payroll information. Now, they have their right to do this, but running away from the situation is just cowardly.

Needless to say, AYCT had to payback its employees, but only did it after they were backed into a corner.

There are plenty more stories like this one, but this is all you need to see the arrogance and lack of moral integrity that exists in this company. It comes from the very top. Cricket should distance itself completely from All You Can Talk.

I bet :p

POSTED: Sunday, January 27, 2008

Well if I was "stealing all this time and wasn't working 40 hours a week" its funny how it ONLY happened at this company and NO company before, and not the company I am currently working at.

I also find it interesting that OTHER employee's have come forward pointing out having the same problems with this company I had. Of course, all this was a LONG time ago and now I'm employed by by a REAL company with an experienced and professional upper management team that knows what they are doing.

And just for the record, its IMPOSSIBLE to have ANY film available of the time I worked there, as cameras were NOT installed until AFTER I had left the company. And everything else you stated was simply fabricated and you have no record of what-so-ever. You are simply making things up.

I also had two employees who worked for me at the Reno office. One of which I am still in contact with, so I would be curious about the "employee confirmation" aspect of this argument. My guess would be that this respondent is actually an employee of the company, probably one of the Salt Lake City "management team." Anyone who reads this should also search for "All You Can Talk Wireless" as a search term and read one of the other complaints filed against this dishonest company.

It's only a matter of time before a company like this gets sued. I would suggest anyone who reads this to stay far far away from this company.

Your Termination was justified

AUTHOR: Cavalier - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 11, 2007

I am a former employee of all you can talk wireless as well. I agree that this company does have serious management issues and that is why I left the company. Despite my personal feelings toward the company I must tell you what Steve has not. As a store manager Steve was required to work 40 hours a week. According to camera surveillance and his employees he was working about 25 hours a week. There are documented warnings surrounding this issue. In addition there was many other complaints about this employee that contributed to his termination; however, stealing from the company by falsifying hours worked is more then enough reason to fire an employee.

Dear Steven,

I was also wrongfully terminated by All You Can Talk/Revive Wireless. And upon reading your report and your updates I believe I was fired by the same 'under-qualified 25 year old' you were.
Would love to talk to you about this. Email me at maggie.jenson@hotmail.com.
And I would like to add, All You Can Talk Wireless is absolutely a SCUMBAG company.

I'm glad your new job is SO much better than being under that unqualified manager. Just remember that Cricket Communications has nothing to do with All You Can Talk Wireless other than letting it sell phones for their service. All You Can Talk Wireless is nothing but an authorized dealer....they have no "real power" in Cricket's eyes.

AVOID ALL YOU CAN TALK WIRELESS AT ALL COSTS!!

update

AUTHOR: Steven - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 25, 2006

This company never filed charges was simply throwing threats around hoping that I woulden't (as I had/have a REAL case)

Been working at my new employer for a little over a month and put my policies into effect here and upped productivity nearly 70%, with close ratio up another 50%. All you can talk wireless is just a "noob" company that doesent know the definition of the word "performance."

My direct supervisor at All You Can Talk was a under qualified 25 year old who I believe bought his way through college. Who I have out performed, outsold, and simply out qualified in every aspect of the game. (education, background, sales knowledge) Which has been demonstrated at this new job, and the positions I have held prior to wasting my time with this scumbag company.

Managing that little Mom and Pop shop would have netted me around 25K had I worked there an entire year. My new employment (doing the exact same thing, just at a higher level) will net me over 100K this year and provides great benefits and working environment. I have a supervisor who has MUCH more industry knowledge, education and experience then I do, and the employee's I manage are all college graduates with YEARS of sales experience.

Getting fired from "All You Can Scam" wireless has been the best thing that has happened to me, but I advise EVERYONE else to AVOID All You Can Talk and Cricket in general. Companies like Cingular and Verizon are light years ahead of this scumbag company in every way.

I used to work for Cricket....

AUTHOR: M - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 11, 2006

I used to work for Cricket, but I worked at the customer service call center. I didn't have a bad experience working for them.

I can see that you're upset about being fired from the authorized dealer for Cricket, but that has nothing to do with the company being "good" or "bad"; you simply had a bad boss.

Cricket is a good wireless company for what it offers. Whomever owns the dealer you worked at though obviously SUCKS, and they'll realize it when they fire their next manager because he/she is not putting up the numbers that you are.
