Purchased online from their company who says been making 1000's of custom bobble head dolls, well not true.  Let me explain, I received a damage doll in the mail, took over 6 months to actuall receive and tried to resolve with email - no responses but when I asked a question before the order, I did receive a fast reply...nice scam, take money and reply, then make good on the money you took and silence.  The doll was broken and I needed to know how to get this resolved, well the item package came from a company in China - I did an internet trace and found out who made the doll, it is a small company who makes dolls for this company and only had done so for a short time, maybe 4 months tops.  With more research, I found this company was and is fadtoys who has been around for a long time selling only premade bobble head dolls form other clients.  They never provided any custom dolls and actually used another well known provider when someone wrote them, I also know this because it was on their website, but not anymore..now they believe to have been the leaders in this business but they are nothing more then a rip off company who cares nothing about their clients.  Do not use this company, and if you do, you will see.  I did a search before I wrote this and seen they are receiving complaints from everywhere...everyone cant be wrong..
